Our Turkey & Squash bones are one of our seasonal biscuits, they contain Turkey which is only available for a short window (usually Oct to Dec) when we’ve used all our reserves the recipe is put back into the book until October comes around again.
Squash is packed full of nutrients. They contain loads of vitamin A, respectable amounts of vitamin C, and good quantities of other enriching minerals like potassium. Happily, it’s also low fat & low calorie. Squash is also packed full of fibre. The fibre contained in Squash is a soluble fibre and this can absorb excess water in the digestive tract, reducing or relieving diarrhoea. Conversely, a squash’s high fibre content can act as a laxative, the combination of fibre and moisture can be of great benefit in creating bulk that stimulates bowel movements.
